No Refunds - Exchanges Only for Store Credit
You can exchange an item for online credit. Item must be unworn and undamaged. Item must be shipped back with a date postmarked within 7 days from the day you received your package. You are responsible for the shipping costs for an exchange. We will not accept any exchanges with a postmarked day greater than 7 days. Once we receive your package, please allow up to 2 business days to review your package. If your exchange is approved, we will contact you via email with a promo code specific to you for the amount of your exchange. This promo code can be applied towards future purchases.
Refund Policy Exemption
We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, you can return the item for a full refund. The item must be new, unused, and with tags attached. Please email us at ninaarisboutique@gmail.com immediately to notify us of the issue.
Item must be shipped back to us (or dropped off) with a date postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your package in order to qualify for a full refund. Any items shipped after the 7 day period will not be accepted. Once we receive and review your package, we will contact you via email to notify you of your refund. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your refund.
