Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders will be processed seven days a week and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not offer shipping on Sundays or holidays. Should you place your order after hours, on a Sunday or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped on the next business day. We do our best to process orders as soon as possible but please allow up to 48 business hours for verification, credit authorization, and to prepare your items for shipping. Please make sure your billing information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your billing information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY

All packages are shipped with USPS or UPS. No shipments to Alaska or US Territories. 

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

We provide tracking information on all orders. Tracking information will be sent to the email you enter at check-out. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses or that show a “DELIVERED” status but did not arrive. Please contact USPS/UPS directly for these issues. 

LOS ANGELES LOCAL PICKUP 

We provide curbside pick-up options in the Los Angeles, CA area. Days and times will vary. You MUST wear a face mask when you come to pick-up your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order if you arrive without a face mask.
